Atlantis Group - The 4th main Salmon Buyer in Chile

According to the Total Chile Fisheries Exports Statistics between the period July 2006 - April 2007 Atlantis Co., Ltd is located in the 4th place of the main Chilean salmon buyers with 9.019.328 MT which is a 3.3 % of the total Chilean salmon export (270.604.720 kg). In the same period, from this whole volume a total of 8.997.328 MT belongs to exports to the Japanese market. If we considered only the Japanese market, Atlantis Co., Ltd goes up to the 2nd place with 6.3 % participation from the total.

ICEVAL Coho Harvest

Atlantis Group one of the 5th mayor Chilean salmon buyers has succesfully closed contract with Iceval for the whole coho production, season 2006-2007. The total commited is 3.300 MT and production will last from October 2006 til January 2007.

On October 02, arrived to the plant in Puerto Chacabuco the first lot of 5000 pieces to be processed. With successful results, 100% blue back, 87% Premium quality, firm texture and 16-up Roche meat color, we can say that this season Atlantis will offer to their clients in Japan the best and most beautiful salmon raised in the purest and unpoluted waters of the southern Pacific Ocean.

ATLANTIS GROUP - The 5th main Salmon Buyer in Chile

According to the Total Chile Fisheries Exports Statistics between the period July 2005 - June 2006 Atlantis Ltd is located in the 5th place of the main chilean salmon buyers with 8.459.440 MT which is a 3.1% of the total Chilean salmon export (274.922.677 kg). In the same period, from this whole volume a total of 8.338.334 MT belongs to exports to the Japanese market. If we considered only the japanese market, Atlantis Ltd goes up to the 4th place with a 5.7% participation from the total. During this next season of salmon 2006 – 2007 Atlantis Group is expected to double the purchases in Chile.

LOCATION
With a privileged and logistically strategic location for its nearness, allows Atlantis Chile S.A. to be in permanent contact with the commercial managements and processing plants of the main Chilean salmon producing companies. Puerto Montt, capital of the Tenth Region called Los Lagos and also considered the capital of the Chilean salmon is the city that lodges the commercial office of Atlantis S.A

Atlantis Chile S.A. is mainly dedicated to the commercialization of exporting products such as different salmon species such us Pacific, Atlantic, trout and in less quantities products from vessel fishing as white meat fish, some mollusks and crustaceans.
